Are you on here yet?
Can you please post a quick hello in here so we know who has signed up to the tool?
I think it will really help us to keep our discussions together, and we can refer back to past decisions. We can also pose some of the important looming (puns!) questions about what PIM will look like in the future.
You can play around with your email settings if you find you're getting spammed too much.
For now, I've made this group secret, but I'd like to discuss the possibility of opening this up to the entire PIM community - whoever wants to contribute ideas and discussions basically. I've created a sub-group called PIM Core Organisers which will only be available to organising committee.

Yay, we're all here!
You might want to play with your email settings. I think by default, you get an email when a discussion is started and when someone tags you in a comment, like this @lonnarddeanwatkins , @randijanelle @traviscottreau @michaelgray :)
You probably don't want to get an email everytime someone posts, so tagging people in a post seems like a good way to make sure they know that there's something that requires their attention specifically.
