Do you think this is an idea for the Decent Social event or is this better as something to prepare for that event?

Good question -- what is the format of the Decent Social event?

AFAIK Decent Social has 24h of time in 3 online conference rooms that ostensibly serves 3 different time zones. So I would say that means the format is online. It's open to anyone to register though which is a difference from how we first conceived the democratically run gathering.

I think the agenda above could be good for either @ Decent or in preparation for it (or for something that happens as originally proposed without being a part of a more publicly advertised event). I wanted to know your opinion because you wrote this up before there was even the thought that we could add it to the program of another event and additional context as to the reasoning behind this agenda might be helpful to set up a proposal or poll in this thread to invite others to participate in shaping it further.
