Question:

Customer Relationship Management or CRM is a phrase that describes how your business interacts with your customers. CRM is also about what you do with that information to better meet the needs of your existing customers and identify new customers, resulting in higher profits for you. Therefore:

  1. Choose any hospitality organisations that have a good CRM programme for their customer. Students will identify a business of their choice, interview their relevant personnel, develop an audit of the company’s current CRM activities and outline FIVE FEASIBLE RECOMMENDATIONS for improving CRM taking into account the theory studied as part of the course.

  2. The key point of this assignment as per below:
    a) Background of the organisations
    b) Investigate the types of programme
    c) The outcomes of the programme
    d) The feasible recommendations for improving CRM

To be successful in this assignment you will need high level use of appropriate academic and non-academic sources. For this assignment you are to complete a presentation with supported with PowerPoint and a summary file with the following sections:

• Title, including a title for this assignment, course, subject, name and id number
• Introduction
• Times New Roman, 12 (Size), Justify, 1.5 (Spacing)
• Select and concisely introduce an organisation that suite with your assignment.
• Identify and describe the CRM programme being implemented by the organisation
• Conclusion
• References

Additionally, complete a summary report of the presentation. The summary will have the same sections as the presentation and will be no more than 10-15 pages (excluding references), on 23rd June 2017.
