allow to comment comments
currently all comments are unordered, so someone may pose a question but by the time I answer other parts of the proposal have been discussed and my answer appears in the thread detached from the original question. It would allow a better overview if one could sort the comments by thread like you find it in many forum-tools.
The term "proposal" used here makes me suspicious, do you mean to suggest this to Loomio?
maybe I used the wrong translation of my German Loomio version: With 'proposal' I mean the decision that is proposed on the right hand side. Sometimes it may consist of more than one issue to decide on, e.g. the time, place and topic of a meeting.
And yes, this was meant to be a suggestion to the Loomio developers that I put up for general discussion here to see if others agree with my idea

sorry, I'm new here, will do
Hi, I hope this thread is now in the right group to discuss it further
I see, well for me it's still an open question. How about allowing users to choose (if that's technically not too complicated) between single thread and multiple? I think that it really depends on the decision at hand which is more effective for making up one's mind.
For mine in particular it would be helpful, because othersies I would need to open a new discussion for every point of the discussion on a day's programme and order of topics
@transitionmaike threaded comments are super valuable, the details about implementation don't matter a lot to me. The main problem right now is that we don't have ANY form of nesting and it's obviously hurting for many people.
Nesting is not on our roadmap for feature parity but if someone wanted to experiment with it we would certainly support them contributing to loomio.
Yup, I'd like to see this feature too.
DISQUS uses 'threaded comments' and I'm a big fan of that too!
