Proposed change to Pool Rules (Section 29)

(3) remove the rule about no children under the age of 2 in the pool and replace it with a rule that all infants and toddlers who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers at all times in the pool.
(5) reword so that guests are the responsibility of owner, however they do not have to be present at the pool. Consider a provision for larger events in the pool with the permission of strata council.
(7) reconsider having food in the entrance area of the pool, provided there are no breakable containers and everything must be cleaned up by pool users.
(9) reword to "Smoking is not permitted."
(11) reconsider the rule about toys in the pool- suggested wording here is welcomed, with the intent of keeping the toys small.
(13) make clear that sunscreen is permitted and hair should be tied up.
