Let's get this website built

It's time to move our website from STARTUP to ESTABLISHED. Having done a set of wireframes, and received member feedback, I'd like to move to creating a skeleton site.

This work incorporates the following issues:
* https://github.com/weareopen/AllTheThings/issues/39
* https://github.com/weareopen/AllTheThings/issues/25

I propose the following co-op work order:
* Time: 1 day
* Rate: Co-op Member Rate

Before I create a decision to vote on, does anyone have any objection / feedback / guidance?

On GitHub, I've suggested that issue 39 gets split into two issues, but other than that I'm onboard and ready to approve!

Do you want to clarify what you mean by skeleton site? Will you do the html/css? Or parts of it? Or make design files? Because if you're planning on coding, I think it maybe needs more time...
