Recruiting: Quora
I guess we are lacking in enthusiasm and we need fresh blood (not literally). We should start to look for more like minded people. I have been in Quora and i have seen it maintain quality even though there are differences in opinions among the Quorans.
We should start a Topic in quora.com on Pirate Party India and start to publicize the idea.
Unfortunately Quora has a real name policy and therefore i cant join in as TheDentist (and tor is blocked), so someone else will have to do it. On Quora you will find a lot of freethinkers and college students that can help shape up the idea of Pirate Party Of India (even more so than twitter)

If not bringing in more people then at least publicizing the idea. There are many people in India that have heard of Pirate Party in other countries but they just dont know about this one. Many of those people are in Quora. So lets start with publicizing the idea first if not recruitment. Then if some of the people show interest, we can invite them here. I believe that a couple of new comers will improve the group dynamics.

First of all under the current system we actually take any decision, even the basic idea of internet freedom got vetoed, this kind of decision making wont work. The group is totally open remember anyone can walk in so I dont think there will be a choice like bringing in those we want etc.

I am not saying we choose people from quora. I am saying we promote the idea that is pirate party india. Like minded people will join us.
Dont worry you wont get a lot new members. This process will time, but we must start.

Lets at least make a decision process that works before bringing in more people.
