What information is available / needs to be shared in order to better inform the discussions in this group?

I guess not everyone knows about how the Nest teams are currently organised. What information would be helpful to request?

i think it would be handy to know the existing structures of nest, financial, decision making, policy etc if those things exist in a shareable format. i see there are a few things online already like the art grant process and org chart above (although that doesn't explain what 'core team' means), but i haven't found much else so far. i only ask to improve not to criticise btw

thanks to have put my name as workshop and storage lead but consent first :p I wasn t really aware of it actually not that i refuse the role but i ll be more focused on my side project this year.
