What information is available / needs to be shared in order to better inform the discussions in this group?
I guess not everyone knows about how the Nest teams are currently organised. What information would be helpful to request?

This document is constantly changing as leads come in and out, so if you can bear with us, I'll get it updated and posted up here as soon as I've got the latest feedback on the current roles

It would be great to share an org chart, once we have an updated version which represents the structure and roles of the Nest team.
