Hi, I just spoke with Stephan who apologises for taking so long to get back to us.
He will write an email to us tomorrow that I will forward on. He will spell out the process of adopting holacracy and we need to work out 2 things, who and when.
Learning a new process requires a commitment of time, can everybody commit to putting the time in and when is the best time for us to meet.
It will involve a few webnars explaining and setting up the process then meetings like we do now but with the holacracy process.
More tomorrow.
