How do we handle invitations and Ticket sale for a co-created event

Aeon Hochberg Tue 29 Oct 2019 11:55AM

Are we still the curators of the invitee list?
How to handle proposals from other Co Creators?
How we can proceed to expand our view and open it to other fields and communities?

Max Semenchuk Tue 29 Oct 2019 12:05PM

It looks like Tim is responsible for relationships. Let's delegate the invitee list decision to him.

Same procedure like retreat with fall back to execution to the lead if no response in-time from collaborators. List should be extend by the whole team (proposals open to core and community (curated)).

Let's use the same approach as for Slovenia retreat?

Tim B. Wed 30 Oct 2019 6:21PM

I'm good with this. I would even go a step further and ensure that we use our qualified list and extend it. Furthermore I would like to have clear responsibilities so I can take the lead to ensure it's happening. If not I would like to see another lead who ensures in-time delivery.
