Dissolve the Internal Governance circle
I have been discussing for some time now that all of the roles of the IG group could and should be taken on by the Inner Circle.
The roles of the IG as proposed by Paul can be seen here:

The Inner Circle could and should be able to organise itself.

I think you may not be appreciating what good decision making practices bring to a group, how important it is to be organised, consistent and take on responsibilities if a group / party / company / ngo is to be successful.

i agree with this ONLY because Paul hasn't responded enough on this issue to convince me of voting against it. If Paul had tried to contact me about this issue or written more arguments - i would have considered them...

We set the time of the next IC meeting at the end of the IC meeting.
Ricky are you saying that you are intending on getting elected to represent a sub group and attend IC meetings? I will vote for you.

Thanks Paul but that is not what I was suggesting at all.
Things have happened since the last meeting. Not all of us can make the date and time that was suggested anymore. We need to make arrangement for a new meeting and we should all be a part of it.

Who can not make it?

I sent out an email about it with yourself included on Saturday Aug 30 1529h.

Paul says, "I think you may not be appreciating what good decision making practices bring to a group, how important it is to be organised, consistent and take on responsibilities if a group / party / company / ngo is to be successful."
I do appreciate those things.
I think you may not be appreciating that the Inner Circle makes good decisions and is fully capable of organising itself.

This would mean that all delegates that have to attend fortnightly meetings, would be involved in setting the time and date of the meeting rather than having it dictated to them by a sub-group.
