John from Code-Operative just sent across the costs that could be covered by the Fund. A proposal follows to spend a total of 拢750 on upcoming CoTech gathering (拢450 venue & 拢300 refreshments).

Fund to cover 拢750 costs of Birmingham gathering 15-16th June 2022

The proposal passed to cover core expenses of organising the gathering in Birmingham next month! 馃帀

As described in the thread, 2022 CoTech gathering is on this June. It would be brilliant to meet you there!
Our autonomous organising commitee proposed the following spending items through fingertips of John from Code-Operative:
拢450 venue
拢300 refreshments
This amounts to 拢750.
In line with the spending process this proposal will be live for a week and can be decided on by the co-ops contributing to the fund.

Hello! Seen the dates are 15-16 June - just seeing who might be able to come from Dot Project - is the plan for 2 full days - will it be okay if someone can only make one of the days do we think?!
