I first fired a MSSA at the age of 9 and to this day don’t see any problems with responsible gun ownership. There are ways to reduce the potential risk of misuse of fire arms and ways to bypass restrictions. It really comes down to personal responsibility.

I want to know what the legitimate purposes are first and whether an additional licensing scheme would work just as well.
