Objective 2

SS Stevie Sleuth Public Seen by 329

Gathering.
The second objective will be setting up free education festivals in a parks in the cities and educating and gathering the people in the city from the parks/festivals, while making it a safety home at the same time, so people can feel as if they have a safe place to go to. The education festivals should be set up so they do not stop the city. We should not try and force the change but let people come to us. From these festivals we feed and look after the needy. Start growing food, set up solar power, even set up our own intranet structure in the festival if we have to. Have it that anyone can come and make a place called home at this festival. Pitch a tent, build a brick wall. The more we establish the festival is, the more harder it will be to move. Everyone should bring everything they do not need to the festival and the library of everything can already start here..
Free education from places like, Yale, Duke, MIT. In the festival you can explain how to educate yourself for free by established schools, or how to turn a spare room or area into a productive efficient garden and also information of why we doing a festival.
Now getting people to come to a festival is not an easy thing. So seemingly a great way to get people to attend a festival is to break a world record at these "festivals". Breaking a world record, on a much deeper level this reinforces community, gives people a sense of accomplishment, they can feel like they are immortalized and part of something bigger than themselves, also it is just fun. There are many easy ones while it cost money to have the Guinness people come out they have cheaper packages to be included in their books.
Any new society would do its self and injustice and a mistake not to take this "festival" notion and expand on it, by having every generation or every 10-20 years, society takes on a massive project that anyone can be a part of and memorialized. EX: a pyramid, Colosseum, Undamming a river, giant statute, mass reforestation of an area, repopulating endangered species. Just some cool awesome worthy project, that depending on your skills how much you can be a part of, but something anyone can help in.
Why, because this fills a void of being part of something bigger than yourself in this world, potentially helps the earth after so much we have done to it, and one more very important thing it does it help bring the community and Family together. Gives your future family a sense of history. I bet most don't know who your great grand parents were, and you can take solace in that your great grand kids will probably not know anything about you, in this society. Unlike the people who rule this society that can trace their families back hundreds sometimes thousands of years (and there is a lot to be said about that).
Any new society would be well off to strengthen the family and community, adding another level of history, meaning and belonging to the "peoples" lives. Not hard to prove it to yourself go build anything with your family as a family and see how it feels. Next time you are down at the beach build a massive pyramid, and while you doing it see if you can get people to join in. Guaranteed you can get helpers with nothing more than a smile and a wave.........
There are 25,000 homeless people in Melbourne alone. If the 10,000 festival goers, look after and feed the homeless, then that is 25,000 homeless+ 10,000 festival goers, make it 35,000 strong already. At this time if all those commune eco farms or community gardens that are coming up, would help supply the festival with the food we need to survive at the start. This bringing the eco farms and city working together as one.
Then when we all come to a conclusion we have enough people and support, just to take the festival to the city. Then we go to stage 3 if we have to. It might even be like, as people in the city join a free world, we can slowly move into the city at the same time. So say like an owner of a shop decides to shut up. He can then donate the shop area to housing or feeding or educating from.
