4/15/24: Watch VRM Day (FREE) today to learn about "Personal AI" & envision money-saving use cases in real estate?

Greetings, fellow real estate consumer advocates & long-time buyer agents,

It's Patriot's Day in Massachusetts, and Cambridge Common (where I'm writing) was a hub of revolutionary thinking nearly 250 years ago and still is today. Doc Searls, author of The Intention Economy: When Customers Take Charge, is one of those thinkers who was ahead of his time when his ProjectVRM was at Harvard Law School. So twice a year, he gathers thought leaders on VRM Day to update their mission - consumer empowerment. This year, Doc writes:
 

"personal AI may finally be what pushes VRM into becoming a Real Thing, [so] we’ll make it the focus of our VRM Day."

Historically, the phrase "shot heard round the world" refers to the battles of Lexington and Concord on April 19, 1775. Now patriots - fellow real estate consumer advocates - are celebrating the fact that shots we've been firing at the #RECartel are finally being heard by the general public.

In coming months, the battle will ramp up in court decisions followed by market innovations over subsequent years.  One of the showdowns or rally points will be in seven months when NAR hosts their annual convention in Boston, 11/4-10/24.  

My hope is to cocreate some revolutionary, money-saving use cases in real estate using VRM and PersonalAI.
