Invitation Links
Dan Finlay PublicSeen by 73I visit Loomio a couple times a year to see if this has been added yet, it's absolutely the single feature that keeps me from using it, and in my opinion, prevents it from catching on much more casually:
I should be able to get a "group invitation link", that I send to people, and they should be able to register & join a hidden group from that link alone.
That way, I don't need to know every member's email, I just have to post the link in a trusted place.
Bonus points for "discussion invitation link", a special link that invites someone to a group AND forwards them to a particular discussion.
I don't see "Unlisted" in category.. Do you mean "Uncategorized"?

I think my point was not "You can already do this".. you kinda can..
But really I was saying. "We can almost do this, it would be an easy win, and I hope we can find a space to sort that out real quick, because we agree with you"

Most of the work remaining is actually language work and reorganisation.
The "Anyone - Your group will be listed publicly" option and the "Category" options are misleading, now that the system has evolved.
IE: If you set "unlisted" in category and "Anyone" in Privacy you'll essentially have "Anyone with link", which is what you're asking for. The same thing happens to a "public" discussion in those groups.
