Dear All

A belated but very sincere big thank you for giving up your time for the amazing 2 days in Bournemouth. We really appreciated your passion, creativity and professionalism and I think we can all agree that we were very well hosted by our wonderful colleagues at 3 sided cube. For those who were not able to join us, you were missed but we look forward to collaborating over the coming weeks and months.

Last week I was in DC participating in a very interesting set of high level meetings at the World Bank. A key take away is the critical importance of TRANSLATION - communicating excellent concepts to target audiences in language that is understandable and inspires!!! A major challenge for the World Bank and so important for this concept. Duncan and his team are putting together a storyboard this week for the video pitch which will be a critical way for us to communicate this concept

Following on from Lisa's message last week, I wanted to share with you the notes that have been put together to capture our discussions so that you can share these with your colleagues and garner support for this with different internal audiences. In the notes you will see an outline of the 'incubator' idea we came up with as well as more detail in how this could be put into action.

Next steps
Please share these notes with key stakeholders internally and please let me know if your organisation is committed to being one of those who can transform the incubator into reality by COB 1 May?
Duncan and his team will share the storyboard with this group once ready for your comments
We will set up a call with those who are able to take this forward w/b 1 May

Once again many thanks and look forward to working with you all to make this concept a reality.

All the best
Charles
