Lucas and Lunt Foudation - what do we want to do 

-Will know in a couple days about final budget

Lunt is very interested in comms: quick, easily understandable messages (like Lucas)

Series of 3 short videos: pre-production, on the day some video done/some interviews, post-prod = many dift videos ready at least 2 weeks after, for post-comms and future promotion. 2 days work.

 Sophie will send to Lunt Foundation for final approval  today. 

Invitation Team: Lucas covered by Visitor Group – 2 others to send? See details budget. 

They already have the whole ECA budget and know what we are missing. 

We need a Plan B in case no money

Marta can send a pitch on this for next week. 


What MEPs have agreed to in Media Strategy

Email from MEPs, said they don't have time or capacity. So basically no on Talk Real. 

Sophie will respond, say yes we want their photographer. 

Let's do it and invite the MEPs, we can do it with others from the Assembly. 

How to reserve equipment? Reda's office - Gilles sick? Through Zemos? 

Marta has a call with Zemos - Lucas, Felipe: can do a collaboration between Talk Reel and their format, and the budget. 

We can do it outside of the Parliament, in our own space

BXL/Logistic Team: Nicole needs to know how long, what space is needed. 

Marta sending a note on budget so Sophie can include in her response - before 3pm today. 


Journalist reach out system

Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 November - mass press release to journalists. 

New Press Release is needed - more event focused. 

Nicole can work on cleaning up the list of journalists, and writing the release. 

On September 26, we didn't reach too many journalists because it was more "introducing"

Adam ___: Interview with Reda and the Commons Assembly is ready - Open Democracy could be  good channel for this.

Nicole will follow up:  Ada Colau- Urtasun (Pilar) was supposed to invite. Manuel knows her. We want to know if they've invited, what's been said, if not can she make a 1-minute video, if not we'll try something else.

Johan Benkler made a video for the EP on Internet as a Commons. A bit long, and we can cut it. Sophie will write it.

I can help for editing the ECA website, translate and publish documents in the P2P Foundation French blog, and manage the twitter account.

Great! I will email you the twitter login in details.

Pep Talks: Ada Colau was invited, with 6 others. There has been no response. They will wait to ask her to do a video until she responds. Pilar said it is unlikely that she will come but not sure yet.

Re: flyer/program – she is sending me an example document. We need the logos of the other parties, never received them. To clarify: this is about the actual program, 1-2 pages, not a flyer. I will repost this comment in the content team.

I can partly take charge on these two also:
- Who can manage the Twitter? It can just be that you check in twice a week.
Maybe between Ann Marie and me can provide some valuable content to the account.
- Who can circulate the program in some networks?
We will compile contacts and networks and send information to them. Many of them already now about the ECA, but anyway, we will find some who doesn't now yet for sure :)

Yes, I can add the account to my Tweetdeck and do that easily, starting next Monday. (Maïa has shared the account details with me).

Who can circulate the program in some networks?

We will publish the program as it stands next week, and then again an update just before the event, on the P2PF blog.

Who can push the call for more signatures?
We can put a widget on the sidebar of our websites - Maïa and I will talk about that.

Update - we're posting on the P2P blog, will be up today at 6 (will pass you the URL at that moment), so I'll be tweeting that, and the "widget" is done.

Oh, and one more bit of good news for public support and dissemination: @staccotroncoso recently spoke at a Greenpeace meeting, and he subsequently got them to sign the call. Once that's officially visible we'll tweet-retweet-have them retweet, etc.
