Walking every day is the easist way to lose weight. Also it makes you relax because Auckland has many beautiful parks and you can see rare flowers, trees animals and birds!

I usually go to ELA on foot about 30 minutes so I lost my weight compared with my weight before I came here.

I think walking is not enough to lose weight. However it is good way to stay healthy.
