Central city vitality and safety - How do we transform the city at night?

BK Ben Knight Public Seen by 24

What creates the conditions for a safe and vibrant city at night? What can we do to stimulate a thriving night-time economy without negatively impacting residents or communities?

Some things to consider might be:

  • The mix of activity that encourages diverse people to participate
  • Environmental design - what can spaces and furniture create?

music/concerts - 58%
events/performances - 58%
street vendors - 50%
outdoor movie screenings - 49%
