GA for 2016

We need to make a Call for hosts to hold the next GA in June/July 2016 (Andrew)
- We need to decide what the requirements for a physical space meeting
- We need to sort out rules of procedure for this as soon as possible
- Online and offline - online activity should start some weeks beforehand.
- Elected candidates to be nominated sooner

i would to like to replace this item to some better one. For example: "The vote of a remote delegate can be submitted via specified personal account of PPI voting system"
We need voting system and provide personal accounts to delegates so they can vote (something like LQFB) using special ppi webpage
Voting via e-mails are not acceptable for pirates in 21th century

I would like to make a theme for the GA to be held on 3th & 24th July - "The Next Ten Years"

I like the general idea of “The Next Ten Years”, but I would propose to make it a bit more precise, namely “Ten Years: What Was Achieved, and What Next?”

I like Richard's suggestion - as a title or as a by-line
