Draft Policy: Intellectual property

Reviews are the intellectual property of the *individual reviewer and are hosted by Theatreview. *

Presenting venues and organizations are welcome to use links to the reviews and/or quotes totalling not more than 15% of the review for promotional and funding purposes. Hard copies of reviews may be printed out to be posted at the venue only for promotional purposes or as part of a funding request only. Theatreview and the author must be credited as the source for any quotes and/or on any hard copies of reviews.

Other uses of whole reviews, as part of content for other media, or as part of a public portfolio, must obtain permission from the review author. Contact with the author can be arranged through the Managing Editor.
