Attaching documents to proposal description

Hi product enthusiasts!

We've just rolled out the ability to attach files to proposal descriptions. Previously, it was only possible to attach files to comments and discussion contexts.

We're hoping this will make it easier to ensure group members have all of the relevant information necessary to meaningfully participate in a proposal.

This is a very important tool, although (like most tools) it will take practice for communities to use it properly and effectively.

@hannahsalmon , it's not possible for people to edit the attachments, right? (Certainly doesn't seem possible, but I'd like to be sure.)

Thanks for your feedback, Greg. The process for updating attachments (removing/replacing/adding) for proposals is the same as editing the proposal description, and uses the same form. You can update documents attached to the proposal description until someone votes on a proposal.
