Pecan Milk Co-op establishes hours for business. Our standard is Eastern Standard Time.

The Business Hours are Monday through Saturday 10am until 6pm; opening may begin at 9am and closing occurs until 7pm.

Therefore, business communication will tend to be conducted between Monday through Saturday 10am and 6pm.

Some business activities, especially activities that do not include customers, may occur between 9-10am and 6-7pm.

The Production/Kitchen branch ought to maintain reasonable hours, but may operate outside of these Business Hours.

Each member shares their availability. And the business generally respects members' availability and the times that they are unavailable.

This is a day-to-day management decision that each member is entitled to vote on.
