Change Yes/Abstain/No/Block to Agree/Abstain/Disagree/Block everywhere?
In some places it is Yes/Abstain/No/Block in others Agree/Abstain/Disagree/Block
I think it'd make a lot more sense if the same labels were used everywhere.
Add explanations of Agree/ Abstain/ Disagree/ Block to proposals
proposal by Josef Davies-Coates Closed Mon 15 Jul 2013 7:00PM
I think it’d be really useful to have the explanations of what Agree/ Abstain/ Disagree/ Block mean to proposals (as shown under Have Your Say here: https://www.loomio.org/help#how-it-works )
Perhaps when creating a decision have a check box with “display Agree/ Abstain/ Disagree/ Block explanations” or something?

Of course I agree, I proposed it! :)
i like @richarddbartlett 's proposed solution to this.
Fully agree with @richarddbartlett 's proposed solution: "I would prefer to solve this by a) allowing custom definitions of each option and b) having a dedicated area on the group page to explain decision protocols"
Like rich's idea better
Would personally prefer customizable labels (and a space for the group to outline decision-making protocols).
But totally agree that the key on the right should be made consistent!
Josef, have you noticed that when you hover your mouse over each of the icons, you get a little pop-up explaining it's meaning?
I also note that before I'd voted a nice Grey key was shown indicating how many members of the group had yet to vote.
But now I have voted that has gone.
I quite like that idea though, i.e. displaying Grey for people who've yet to vote, thereby getting an instant visual indication of how much mandate the proposal really has within the whole group.
@josefdaviescoates here's an idea I had a while back for showing engagement:

@matthewbartlett I like the idea of showing graphically the engagement%. but at the beginning the poll might look tiny and then variable size might affect visual consistency. I would replace the Voted% which is now under the pie with a thin progress line to show it graphically.
i like @richarddbartlett proposed solution to this. It would make Loomio so much more versatile.
@strypey yeah, as I wrote here https://www.loomio.org/discussions/5228?proposal=3369#comment-39947 I noticed that when I created this proposal :)
I just created a proposal, in part to see what the labels are (I'd forgotten exactly how it is presented).
I now notice that useful addition info is displayed when hovering over the voting buttons (but that this is not exactly the same as shown at https://www.loomio.org/help#how-it-works - although, granted, it is pretty close)
I also note that the key on the right hand side of the pie chart has different labels:
Instead of:
It has:
I think it would make sense if the same labels were used in both places, i.e. replace Yes with Agree and No with Disagree.
