Enhance time information
Quentin Grimaud PublicSeen by 30When we want to see when a message has been posted or something else has happened, we can currently read something like "x hours ago" or "x days ago". It would be cool to know the precise date and time, for example with a tooltip which would appear when we put the mouse cursor on the time information. Maybe this needs a time zone preference linked to the user account.

FYI. In n-1.cc the same thing happens. As publications get old, you can have things like this!

Totally agree! I know this is on @robertguthrie's radar. I think we can expect it to come through with some of the new 'mobile first' development which is getting underway.
