Yes, it should anyway ! :) Great letter! I am finishing up a publication which includes a part on community networks and data infrastructure. When we have that out, I will become more active here as well. We should probably pull some more people in too

Hi all, there are many developments on this front from the netCommons project with most important the upcoming workshop in the European Parliament co-organize with the Commons Network: http://commonsnetwork.eu/community-networks-sharing-collective-connectivity-for-everyone/. Unfortunately, I will not be able to join in Madrid but I will try to follow remotely and share the outcome of the workshop and future steps.
