Set up the first co-op
The ECAT coop funds and is run by a community participatory forum with precepts for harmlessness to put the funds derrived from the sale of ECAT power to the ideas they submit and evaluate to be of greatest service to all life everywhere and always as per the business plans: www.f-f-c-g.org/about

I think that they should go with a very advanced opensource technology group like Tesla Motors so that they can be brought to their vehicles in an opensource way and then you could power your home with your car.
