Stephanie has never voted herself. Where is the integrity here? I see other solutions to achieve the results I believe she is desiring. She can actually be involved in the EN, participate/ and hold a Goddess Council, and represent a divine feminine vote holder voice for all to understand

Do we have any Proposal that has caused Gender Issues? Why is this an issue? Why are we creating this issue? Is it a man problem that there are not more women in EN. Or is a woman issue that there are too many men? Why not just get more women in EN?

I do not see a problem with our current vote holding, though we are 5:1 - that's a pretty big ratio. Ty for considering this rebalance.

I feel like this is old paradigm thinking, dividing by gender. The way I see it is honor every being regardless of physical body and let's move toward higher purposes

I support this! This is a clear and reasonable solution to achieving balance now and allows for assessment and change.

So the issue, is the physical presence of males, is more than women, or others? Is it that some feel males can't vote with an open heart and mind, or some view of the other sexes will sway then? (Oh is a female proposal, can't vote yes) I don't get it. We are told to develop and hold both sexes as one. It's not Genders/sexes that votes. I'm not like I'm hauling it out, and making an X with it ;) It's our SOUL and that is Ungendered. Personally, I feel that this is a division, of Soul and a separation of trust, among BEings. Sex war at Earth Nation :( I also believe in Balance and when you have 3 or 5 (females/female identified/neutral beings/Trans/?), to 1 male, It's not balanced, Not even close. The percentages are what they are. They will never stay the same and may be one day it will be 5 female to ever male. What will we do then, create more babies?
