Participative political program on Loomio

A possible new decision tool could be a form to create a participative political (electoral) program. To implement that feature probably is needed only to redesign the existing Loomio layout. Isnt it?

What is needed is that proposals are organized into a hyerarchical structure (subgroups?), in which single items are divided into "to be voted" and "approved".

Some groups on Loomio already use it to do that.

A possible example layout is DemocracyOS (http://democracyos.org/)
