Moving discussions

It would be handy if admins could move discussions between a parent group and it's subgroups. There would be an option in the discussion dropdown called 'Move discussion', which would open a modal. The modal would say "Where would you like to move this discussion to?", with a dropdown listing the name of the parent group and all it's subgroups.

I'm thinking of it as a feature only available to someone who is an admin of the present (sub)group and the destination (sub)group. What do you think?

Here's a mockup of how I imagined this feature.

This feature exists and it's very useful. I used it when I created new sub-groups for more specific areas of discussion. Moving older threads from the parent group to their specific subgroup makes them easier to find.

I can't find the equivalent feature for stand-alone decisions though - meaning decisions that were just created in group or subgroup - not in the context of a thread. I assume that decisions associated with a thread will move with the thread - but how do you move decisions that have no thread?
