I also think changing "Authority" to "Resoponsibility" in the title of this proposal would be good. Once there is an "on-the-ground" team clearly established, then responsibilities of camp design will move over to them.

When the new website comes out, there is a registration form that will allow us to catalog all of the member skills and areas they want to participate. The team has been working hard to get everything set up.....
