Set up technology collaboration space
This thread is an example of how we can discuss where to store the output from our technical working group.
We will need a place to store the output of our technical work, such as any standards documents or reference implementaiton(s). Ideally, the space would be open to the public, so we can work in a transparent manner.

We agreed to choose a Creative Commons content license, so can choose between two relevant CC options:

Hei all. We now have a working space on GitHub, and will create the first repositories soon. Please provide me with your GitHub username, in this thread, so I can invite you to the GitHub organization. We can then start working in more of an agile manner, by breaking down work into tasks and assigning them to working group members.

My preference would be to use a social code sharing website, such as GitHub or Gitlab. Lets discuss these options, and any other options briefly. Then, we can create a proposal for the final, deciding vote.
