Correct, I will not handle all the seperate orders :)

Hey hey! I just talked to Marcel Fuchs and he says he'll just bring all his fridges to Kiezburn. That means 6 tall fridges, some fridge boxes, etc.
We somehow have to handle which camp gets how many fridges.
When I asked I got an okay, but it seems like this is not managed centrally, so we should check who wants which fridge.

I don' t understand your post. I mean we are ll ordering separetly and have seprate orders also of the fridges ? I think we totally confused Marcel with the separate orders for the same event.
Anyone any idea how to handle this ? Süss kiez has placed it's order already some time ago and we kind of rely on the fridges (2) finacially as we have used the budget for other things now. I am not a big fan of first comes first, and it seems like a solution now.

I just talked to Markus and he has a total of 6 fridges plus some smaller ones and freezers.
It doesn't seem to me, that the fridge topic is administrated well (yes he is confused with all the orders). I got a fridge confirmed a month ago, but actually he has a limited number and it doesn't seem that he tracked all the fridge requests separately.
So to be clear:
- drinks orderer separately
- fridges: We get everything he has and need to share

Did you ASK him if he tracked the fridge orders separetely? Because in our case the fridges are the only thing we prdered by now.

I am inclined to call him again, but I dont think it is a good idea if 20 kitchen leads call him :)

Ill call him tomorrow. The fridges are a service if you order drinks as well, this is what this thread was initially about.

I warned him in the beginning though that he will get some seperate orders ;)

Hey! Thank you for calling him. Let me know if you can ' t do it for some reason so I can step up and help. I think he is confused. Süsskiez has a drinkorder that surpases the minimum order and not only the fridges. I don't know if it is generally known that 200€ dribks are needed.

Dear All I coordinated with @annette13 and Marcel of Getränke Nordmann. Please DON`T CALL HIM ON THE BAHLF OF YOUR CAMP, otherwise he will go crazy! Me and Annette will coordinate with him. PROBLEM: He only has a limited amount of fridges (he did not communicate it to us in the beginning).

4 x Kühlschrank (2 of which to Underworld because they placed a 1300€ Order 2 months ago)
2 x Kühlschrank Bitburger (da diese der Bitburger Brauerei gehören, muss für diese
entweder Bitburger, König Pilsner, Wernesgrüner oder Köstritzer bestellt werden.
1 x Kühltruhe für Getränke (+ 6 Grad)
1 x PKW-Kühlanhänger
we have 5 Fridges + This Car Trailer thing.
To all Kieze: we will not have enough fridges for each camp, this means we need to share fridges! Please talk to me and each other because ALL neighbour Camps WILL HAVE TO SHARE FRIDGES. There is one big fridge car trailer (PKW Kühlanänger) in which we could fit 20 crates (it just cools, it does not freeze but it is powerful). The Getränke guy, Marcel, suggested to use that as a communal frog to pre-cool the drinks. We need to cooperate on this dear Kiez Burners and be a real Intergalactic Family!
