Is Loomio a good tool for Utopica?

This is Loomio. It's a new tool to help communities reach consensus. From what I gather, it's still pretty new and there are a lot of kinks to work out, features to add, and polish to be applied. Regardless, I was eager to try it out because of what it purports to be.

Please help test it out and we'll see what happens.
