Fibonacci Auto-response email redraft feedback

Looking for feedback on the Fibonacci auto responder email. This is the email customers receive at the time of purchase. It is outdated and in need of a major overhaul. The objectives of the redraft are below. Please take a minute to read our current message and give feedback for what you would like to see changed.

Outcome: a redrafted/updated auto responder email accomplishing the following objectives:

Less robotic
More fun and playful
Setting proper expectations
Make sure people know to contact us direct in the event of - a defect so we can quickly replace it
Using language to minimize negative reviews
A bit more info on what Dreem stands for.

If by chance, you inadvertently purchased the wrong size, Amazon has a return policy to refund your returned item, after which you can order the correct one. Tips to get the maximum capacity • Allow a few weeks for materials to stretch and break-in, OR… • Bend the front cover to make it more flexible (like you're making it into a cylinder lengthwise) • Center phone properly on the back of the folio • Keep cards in the center or to the left side of the pocket • If you put two cards in one pocket, flip the orientation so the raised numbers are facing each other but not stacked • Fold your bills an inch from the end, instead of in the center

@jasonbart your comments "in blue" aren't showing up in blue. Are you able to copy and paste this into an email and add them in blue or even just bold/italic so I can spot them? Much appreciated x

I believe it will change somehow, after a more concise Branding definition and after hiring a copywriter. However I have a question and suggestion: the sentence "We would like to thank you for being our customer" Wouldnt be better to replace "being our customer" to "Becoming our customer" and add something like, "and if you are already our customer we want you to know that we are very happy that you are back and to show you our gratitude we want to give you a coupon code, so you can gift it to a friend (Just send us your last 2 invoices and receive it on your inbox).
Just an Idea: to increase sales and keep up with a high-quality Customer Relationship.
Love
