Raju is accepted as an initial member.
Raju was active in Pirate Computing Center in Pune and I have worked with him on many projects. I think he will be a good addition.

@balasankarchelamat I think abstaining is redundant, it just need two yes votes to pass.

We have to restart the whole movement now as all initial memberships got expired and there was not much activity.

Only suneesh and praveen wants to continue as initial members. We should remove others from initial members sub group. They can apply again when they are ready.
Lets start afresh. We have pirates.org.in, so we'll call ourselves "Indian Pirates". We'll have new Initial Members like we did before. If you are not interested to continue, please step aside. There is no point in just having initial members without any activities.

If you are unable to contribute or are not interested to remain an initial member, this would be a good time to step down. You can continue to be an associate member.

@suneesh we'll wait 7 more days if any of them still want to continue. We should contact them personally and make sure they understand the change.
