Core timebank values

HM Hannah Mackintosh Public Seen by 69

We need to reach 100% consensus across all timebanks in Aotearoa/NZ that we want to use the core values as they are set out by Edgar Cahn.

This discussion is around whether we agree with these core values at a national level:

  1. We are all assets
  2. Redefining work
  3. Reciprocity
  4. Social networks
  5. Respect

One hour = one hour

If your timebank is committed to the core values and if you are in a position to state that is in fact the case - please vote 'yes' on this proposal.

For clarity core values are, as above, those stated by Edgar Cahn in the book 'No More Throwaway People' plus the one rule - "that 'one hour equals one time credit".

Please put the name of your timebank in the comment field.
