Test to see if you can all see the notifications

many of you have just joined loomio
this is a test to show how this platform works.

we will require a certain method of posting proposals at some point to make it easier to vote on etc.

for now, just replay when you see this and in a day or so i will make a test proposal to demonstrate how via direct democracy we can actually make choices ourselves!!
