I understand your considerations @andreaswolf I feel your proposal is a sound one.

I think if we want to create an inviting space that feels like home to all of us, we should NOT charge for any meetings we are actively involved in. It is a great place to do just that and bringing in more people to feel it is positive. So I would agree with the idea of charging only to external users. (At least as long as the meetings are more or less seldom and do not disturb the activity of other members, as it has always been the case so far).

I agree to externa groups paying, and if its self instigated group meetings by already contributing members we dont pay

Hey dear people

A while ago we decided to test a 100kr fee for external groups using our space. So far it was only @anna who was affected by that, as the Somalians didn’t return to me yet.

I felt though that Anna was unhappy about the decision and I think I understand now better why. Yesterday I had a meeting for a festival I’m planning here in the space, and it just doesn’t feel right to make an extra payment for that.

So I would propose that we make another model:

• If it’s groups we are involved in ourselves and actively participate in the meeting, it’s free to have them here in the space…
• If it’s external groups we borrow the space to, they should contribute… and depending on whom they are, with a higher or lower amount…

Cool! Sounds we all agree on fees only for external groups... :)

I would though propose that the "host", inviting her/his group in, should make sure to wash the floor + all used surfaces, as bigger groups always bring a lot of dirt in...

I'll make a vote on that.
