Reminder letter to Committees

Dear Board members,

As agreed at this past Sunday's meeting, I have drafted a letter to remind Committees of their duty to provide a report for each Board meeting. Please read it. If you have no comments or suggested changes, then no action needed. However, if you do have some suggestions for how to improve the approach or content of the letter, I would appreciate you sharing them. Feel free to make changes in the document itself.

I am particularly interested in your thoughts on if the distribution is adequate, i.e. just the committee members and coordinators? Are the people responsible for regional activities (e.g. Montreal, Ottawa, Virtual Activities etc.) included in those groups? If not, via which email address could they be reached?
