INTER-DEPENDENCE ... that's why we're here isn't it? That realisation that we're interconnected and inter-dependent but, somehow the current system is dividing us into disconnected individuals that are only looking after our own personal interests, entertainment, gratification and distraction from the ills of the world.

Citizens Action Networks - the hope that together we can bring about the changes that will lead to a more equitable, just, sustainable and harmonious world.

There's no original content on tincan.tv it's just a playlist of some of the videos that have had a profound impact on my thinking about political issues and the way "the system" needs to change or to be rebuilt to meet our deeper needs for connection, growth, contribution and the desire to make the most of ourselves and our time on this beautiful planet.

My Country Talks matches up strangers with different viewpoints to have a political argument.

What would be the point of that?

Sounds like a great initiative - but is it history already??? Was Britain Talks anything more than a one-off event on Brexit?

Good question Alex. Where do you think it has gone from there? From what we're observing, this lock-down has caused millions of much smaller conversations - between friends and neighbours for the first time. The Before&Now ap is capturing some of the deeply personal observations, but how can we hear better from small group wisdom arising? Our co-lab in Plymouth (report next week) is definitely one way. But are there others you are finding for tincan.tv?
