Fonts on the Website

EB Edward Bauer Public Seen by 19

Hey all - one thing I have been trying to improve on the website for a little while with not much luck is the fonts.

Basically Wordpress is very inflexible with fonts - It is extremely difficult to have an article font different to the font for all the menu's titles and sidebars.

The current font used for Slaney St logo - the menu's & sidebars I don't want to lose because it has been our branding for a while.

However if in every article you post this code at the start and finish

Then you can get the blog looking like this http://www.slaneystreet.com/2014/04/16/neither-washington-nor-moscow/

not ideal I know - will hopefully be able to come up with a permanent solution soon.

This doesn't seem to work for me @edwardbauer I've tried putting it in a few articles and it's not showing up - is there a knack?
- Amanda you should be able to invite people to the group on top right hand corner. this group is open like meetings are but there is also a private editorial board subgroup.

I have just change the fonts on the article you put up http://www.slaneystreet.com/2014/04/22/hansu-tori-visit-birminghams-ikon/

The code works fine.

In the top right of the text entry box on wordpress there is an option which says visaul or text - the text option has be to be selected before the css code can be entered in to change the font.

The article looks fine to me. The code needs to go around the text like this

The text you want in the alternative font like this

hmm either someone changed it already or it was a problem with my browser not properly refeshing it because there was the exact same text just a different font? hmmm
