Land Acknowledgement for May Day Zine?

Hi all,
For those who don't know, MIOP is putting together a short history pamphlet for May Day. I thought it would be a good idea to include some kind of Land Acknowledgement up at the front. I wrote something brief (unfortunately, it needs to stay hella short) and was hoping someone (or better, many someones!) would be willing to take a look and tell me what they think?
I tried to write it with some of the lessons from a workshop I did a few weeks ago in mind; the leader very much encouraged us to write something unique—but if there's a really solid version that already exists, we're open to it.
Okay, enough ado, here's what we've got so far:
NOTE: I edited this today to include a Chicago-based land acknowledgement since most of it is about Haymarket. Also tried to un-awkward the end. Thanks!
Dear comrades and fellow workers,
The history of May Day informs the world we want to create; that world unequivocally requires Land Back and total decolonization.
The authors acknowledge that some of us are settlers. As such, we affirm and renew our commitment our Indigenous comrades and siblings in the struggle for total liberation.
This pamphlet was created and printed on Lenapehoking (also called New York City), on land stolen from the Munsee, Canarsee, and Rockaway Lenni Lenape. The events discussed here, in Haymarket Square in the settler city of Chicago, occurred on lands taken by force from the Potawatomi nation.
These peoples and places inhabit Turtle Island—known in the colonizing language of English as North America—some of which is currently under occupation by the so-called United States government.
Land Back; and solidarity forever,
Your humble comrades
The end feels awkward, we're still trying to figure it out! Still fiddling with that. Any and all suggestions welcome!
