Proposal - Officially adopt the 'advice process'
This proposal is intended to be added to the agenda of Governance Meeting #23.
Proposal - To officially adopt the advice process as the primary method on how tasks are being formed and distributed within the DAC and issues are solved.
This is the first proposal on the way to further define Giveth DAC as a teal organized community.
Background Information - The advice process is being mentioned in the revolutionary study Reinventing Organizations - which can be read in full at http://reinventingorganizations.com

I think it's going to be difficult to 'enforce' this way of working in any way. What I propose is that this becomes part of an onboarding thingie 'how do we make decisions' or something?

Summarizing after talking about this on governance meeting: The advice-process, as part of teal thinking organization will be presented by me in the near future to give a better picture for those who cannot bother to read the illustrated version.
