Viral Academy and Edgeryders LBG separation

K Ksenya Public Seen by 13

We have presented 3 options to Edgeryders LBG of moving forwards with the Viral Academy project.
2 options involving different levels of collaboration required the original MoU to be signed by one of the members of Edgeryders board. In case this requirement wouldn't be accepted by Edgeryders LBG we have decided not to enter any further negotiations ask Nominet to withdraw the funding and re-apply as a separate legal entity.

Separate Viral Academy project from Edgeryders LBG Closed Sun 20 Jul 2014 8:10AM

If the requirements set by Viral Academy team cannot be met by Edgeryders LBG board (primarily the original MoU to be signed) we decide to separate the project. We ask Nominet to withdraw the funding currently in Edgeryders bank account and re-apply as a separate legal entity.
Detailed description of the options to move forward presented to Edgeryders LBG cn be seen here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mKUCJdQVIqXncBDWngL_cX5qsh9SD766GcA4Z93Gp4Y/edit#heading=h.c5u2r9x93gkm
