For the program, the article says everything to me :

Comme c’est un projet collectif en formation, son « programme » et sa liste de candidat·es sont encore à construire, ensemble. Ils émergeront petit à petit, organiquement, de ce collectif, et personne ne peut donc encore dire à quoi ils ressembleront.

We cannot say what will be the program, although during the meetings I think we agreed that we should focus on « how can we improve the democracy », and working on the method rather than the propositions.

That'd be quite difficult to explain all the details in the article, I think :/
