Git push access for Sandro Mani
Hi all
I'm proposing git push access for Sandro Mani. Sandro has done a lot of work for the new geometry checker,in the geometry module and in other parts of the code. It will be good if he has direct push access to maintain the code.

@marcohugentobler Sandro should write a message to the PSC list agreeing to the developer guidelines and providing his github login so that we can add him to the developers team on GitHub. Do you have permissions to do that or would you like me to do it?
