Liquid / Delegative / Proxy voting

Has Loomio considered developing such a feature yet?
For instance, it could be developed to be a setting that users can set for each group, subgroup, or thread they are on, automatically delegating their proposal voting rights to another preferred member in that group if they are unable to make a decision themselves but still wish to have some input.
It seems like most things are already there - @hooks, proposal voting, just needs a few more tweeks.
